Temperature-Sensitive Products
- To protect your candy from melting, we offer the option to purchase ice packs at checkout. We strongly recommend this for temperature-sensitive items, especially during warmer months or in hot climates.

Note: Tree House Candy is not responsible for melting of any products. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for melted products.
Return Policy
All sales at Tree House Candy are final. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our candies, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Damaged Products
- We do not accept melted candy as a damage claim, as we provide ice packs for additional purchase at checkout but cannot guarantee their effectiveness.
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please visit File a Damage Claim within 48 hours of receiving your order to submit a claim.
- To file a claim, you will need to provide detailed photos or videos showing the damage. This documentation is essential for us to assess the claim and take appropriate action.
- Once we receive your claim, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your claim and further instructions.
Important Information
- Ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Tree House Candy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Check your order upon arrival. If you encounter any issues such as damage, please follow the damage claim process within the specified 48-hour period. We do not accept melted candy as a damage claim.
